Before You Start Your Yoli Transformation Kit

This is an exciting time as you prepare to start your 28 day Transformation. I have tried it all, from the latest cleanse to replacing meals with only shakes to Keto. What's great about the Yoli Transformation kit is you get the best combination of optimum health products along with the ability to eat clean, whole foods (even carbs!). My first two Transformation Kits resulted in a 15 pound weight loss and the best I've felt in years.



Here are a few tips to set yourself up for success:

  1. Take your 'before' measurements, weight and photos. Record these either in your phone app or write them down in the 28-Day Transformation booklet. It is easy to talk yourself out of recording your stats and taking photos, but you will be successful and you're going to want a comparison at the end of the 28 days. Update your stats and photos weekly to assist in gauging your progress.
  2. Know the plan inside and out. Post it on the fridge, carry it in your purse, put it by your bedside - wherever you may need the reminder of your commitment and what daily steps your taking to improve your health. Honor the timing as it will optimize your results (for example, having your YES shake 30 minutes after your Passion and 2 Alkalete.
  3. Each week, schedule time to grocery shop and food prep. Our lives are very busy and you're less likely to slip if you have what you need on hand and easily accessible. I'm happy to share my Pinterest boards for Protein Days and Meal Days.
  4. Drink plenty of water! You may experience detox the first 3-5 days of your kit which is totally natural. Your body may rebel as you no longer consume sugar, processed foods, carbonated beverages and alcohol. Increasing your water intake can assist in moving through detox more quickly as you flush your system.
  5. Working out 4-5 times a week will accelerate your results and will help in setting your new habits. Remember this is not a diet but a total change to your lifestyle. I like to alternate my workouts depending on the meal plan. On protein days, I recommend lifting weights or doing Pilates; and on meal days, I recommend cardio.
  6. Plan to sleep 7-9 hours per night. Your body will be going through quite a bit of change and you'll need time to recover and rebuild.
  7. Use Yoli's social media for updates and platforms for asking questions - Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter and Instagram. The Yoli Facebook private groups are excellent for researching topics and asking questions. Reach out to me by calling or texting. I'm here to help an support you!
